Man looking at 90 years in prison for injuring Pinecrest cop’s foot gets probation
Adolfo Denis Jr., a 25-year-old Homestead resident, is fingerprinted by bailiff Jimmy Harrell in Circuit Judge Tanya Brinkley’s courtroom in Miami. Denis accepted a plea deal on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, for 10 years of probation in a case in which he was accused of injuring a Pinecrest police officer. Denis pled guilty to a felony charge of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer.
