A Florida wildlife agency faces a second lawsuit after firing an employee for a social media post about Charlie Kirk.
Florida’s wildlife agency is facing its second free speech lawsuit by an employee fired over a social media post about Charlie Kirk, the 31-year-old conservative influencer and commentator killed last September.
This latest suit, filed in Tallahassee in federal court, comes about a month after the agency agreed to pay nearly a half-million dollars to settle a previous legal challenge.
