Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia blasted Miami-Dade County government Thursday for “excessive, wasteful spending” for the second time in the past year.
Ingoglia held a news conference in Miami Thursday taking aim at what he described as the local government’s increasingly unnecessary spending. Ingoglia said the county’s spending has only increased since he first put it on notice.
