Tallahassee man indicted on federal gun charge
Willie Harris III faces a minimum of 15 years in prison if convicted of a federal firearm possession charge.
A Tallahassee man has been indicted in federal court for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, federal prosecutors said June 17.
Willie Harris III, 48, now is set for trial starting July 20 before U.S. District Judge Mark Walker in Tallahassee. If convicted, Harris faces a minimum of 15 years’ imprisonment.
