The FSU baseball team has lost another pitcher to the transfer portal. Reliever Jake Echols has entered the portal after one season with the Seminoles, according to 64Analytics .
Echols joined FSU ahead of the 2026 season after spending two seasons at Polk State Community College. He played in nine games for the Seminoles, finishing with a 1.93 ERA in 9.1 innings with 10 strikeouts, three walks, and seven hits. He also threw two wild pitches and hit four batters.
