CHARLESTON, W.Va. –Governor Patrick Morrisey has appointed William “Bill” D’Aiuto as Chief Operating Officer of the West Virginia Department of Human Services.
Morrisey made the announcement Friday evening. According to a news release from Morrisey, D’Aiuto takes on the new position that aims to strengthen operational oversight and improve the delivery of services to West Virginians.
