I’m sure you’ve noticed the condition of some of our city roads these days. True, this is California where most people have probably forgotten how smooth and comfortable these streets used to be. Our state has the roughest roads in the nation, yet we still have the highest fuel taxes. Perhaps a trip to Florida could refresh our fading memories. Ah, the good old days.
Be that as it may, there are a few roadway flaws in our city that I have personally noticed. Take West Harney Lane between West Lane and Mills Avenue, for example.
