A pair of bills are now before Gov. Ron DeSantis that would pay millions of dollars to the estate of a Lecanto man who lost his leg when hit by a state-owned tractor and to a man who claimed St. Petersburg police officers left him paralyzed and a double amputee.
The bills were among 17 measures from the regular session sent to DeSantis.
