The Albert Lea High School teacher who the school board voted against hiring as the district’s new activities director earlier this month came before the board on Monday asking them to reflect further on the decision.
The Albert Lea High School teacher who the school board voted against hiring as the district’s new activities director earlier this month came before the board on Monday asking them to reflect on their decisions.
“Reflection is something we ask of our students every day. We ask them to learn from mistakes, evaluate performance, accept feedback and find ways to improve. As educators, coaches, advisers, administrators and board members, we should expect the same of ourselves,” Max Jeffrey said.
