'I got a mom!': 11-year-old adopted by his elementary school teacher
Elementary school teacher Jackie Coombe adopted one of her former students, 11-year-old Jaden, after a process that took two years.
Jackie Coombe, a former teacher at Pathways Elementary School in Florida, adopted 11-year-old Jaden after a two-year process.
Coombe first met Jaden in October 2023 while teaching his class.
