A poll of Democratic voters in Florida’s 20th Congressional District shows Democrat Elijah Manley gaining on U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz . Meanwhile, former U.S. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick polls in the margin of error, two years after she won her last term without opposition.
The survey by The Listener Group confirms Wasserman Schultz holds a lead despite heavy criticism for running in a historically Black district. She made that choice after a new congressional district dismantled her old district. …
