Tallahassee man charged in bank robbery getaway, police say
A Tallahassee man faces charges after police say he drove a robbery suspect to a Regions Bank branch in June.
A 40-year-old Tallahassee man has been arrested in connection with the June 22 robbery of a Regions Bank branch, according to investigators. Brandon Dodson was charged with accessory after the fact, a third-degree felony.
Investigators say Dodson drove himself, his girlfriend and the robbery suspect to the bank on June 22. According to police, the suspect got out of the vehicle, entered the bank and handed a teller a note written on the back of a deposit slip that stated, "this is a robbery." He demanded money from the cash drawer.
