Party officials are hearing a challenge filed by Tuberville’s former primary opponent, Ken McFeeters. Tuberville's campaign says tax records show he established residency in 2018. McFeeters has pointed to Tuberville's Florida ties, including a multimillion-dollar beach home. The dispute revives similar accusations raised when Tuberville ran for Senate in 2020.
