Robin Peguero has now raised $900,000 toward flipping Florida’s 27th Congressional District blue, his campaign announced, adding roughly $100,000 to the $820,000 he reported at the start of the second quarter.
The former Miami homicide prosecutor and ex-congressional investigator has collected contributions from nearly 6,500 individual donors, with no corporate PAC money or self-loans, according to his camp, which says he’s outraised his lone Primary opponent nearly 2 to 1.
