The Quarry Fire, located near NW 137 Ave. and NW 41 St. , grew to 5,300 acres and was 30% contained as of 8:19 a.m. on June 17, according to a map of active wildfires provided by the Florida Forest Service. At 12:40 a.m. on June 16, the wildfire had burned 600 acres. The Well Fire, which began on Tuesday and is located near NW 122 Ave. and NW 58 St., had grown to 500 acres as of June 16 at 9:18 p.m., and was 25% contained.
