A major property development firm in Florida is expanding its reach in the state through an acquisition of another development company in Southwest Florida.
NAI Burns Scalo announced this month it’s finalized an acquisition agreement with commercial real estate developer Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida in Fort Myers. Brian Walker , President of NAI, led efforts to broker the deal that will end with the transition of Cushman & Walker being folded into the NAI brand.
