FSU makes strong impression on elite 2028 LB, named top five school
Florida State has made waves in the recruitment of 2028 four-star linebacker Deshawn Simmons. He named them in his top five schools.
Florida State has been looking to better its recruiting when it comes to the linebacker position for quite some time. On Monday, they had one of the top players at the position in the country, 2028 four-star recruit Deshawn Simmons, on campus for a camp.
He had been to Tallahassee back in June of last year when he received his first offer at another camp, and he also attended FSU's game against the Miami Hurricanes last season. However, this time around, the campus was a little different, which left a great impression on him.
