Alex Sink , a former Florida chief financial officer and the Democratic nominee for governor in 2010, endorsed David Jolly’s gubernatorial campaign Monday as the former congressman continues to build support for his 2026 bid.
Sink, who served as CFO from 2007 to 2011, said she is backing Jolly after meeting with him and his wife, Laura, over the past year and watching his campaign travel the state. In a statement, she said Jolly has drawn audiences that include Democrats, independents and Republicans and said his campaign is focused on issues facing Florida residents.
