Riverside Steak-Knife Clash: Miami Man Charged After ICU Stabbing At Home
A 27-year-old was arrested after police say he stabbed a 21-year-old at a Riverside home; the victim underwent emergency surgery and is in intensive care.
What started as a late-night hangout in Miami’s Riverside neighborhood turned violent just before 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, when police say a 27-year-old man stabbed a 21-year-old guest in the torso with a steak knife inside his home. Miami Fire Rescue rushed the wounded man into emergency surgery, and he was later moved to intensive care. A 28-year-old woman at the scene also suffered an eye injury, and officers say the suspect fought them on the way to jail, damaging the inside of a patrol car.
