Man confessed to Miami package thefts to support drug habit, cops say

A man is facing charges after he was caught on video stealing several packages containing groceries, speakers, a juicer and more in Miami, police said.
Jeyner Francisco Monzon, 22, is accused in nine package thefts dating back to March.
