The Village of Palmetto Bay hosted the official groundbreaking ceremony for its new Veterans Park on Tuesday, May 26, at 9295 SW 164 St.
The park is intended to pay tribute to the men and women in uniform who served their country and helped secure the nation’s freedoms. Olga Cadaval, the village’s Human Resources and Communications director, estimated that about 100 guests attended.
